Signing Ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between ATLATL Innovation Center and Silver Mountain Group

The signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between ATLATL Innovation Center and Silver Mountain Group (”SMG”)was successfully held in Zhangjiang, Shanghai on March 30, 2021. Dr. Zhu Pengcheng, the founder of ATLATL and Mr. Du Qiang, co-founder and managing partner of SMG attended the signing ceremony.

The two parties plan to jointly build an ATLATL Mega-level laboratory in China. The project will be based on the research-oriented international hospital and industry fund established by SMG. ATLATL will provide laboratory operation management and R&D support. With further cooperation with leading companies in the field of medical education, it will build an international and high-standard ecosystem in the field of medical and healthcare.

ATLATL will support the life science park established by SMG. Through joint incubation, achievement transformation, collaborative services and construction of an open one-stop S+AAS (Space+ As A Service) model innovative service system, it will provide R&D laboratories, operation management, instrumentation and equipment, modular R&D and assembly services, the introduction of cooperation with internationally renowned pharmaceutical companies and other related resources for multi-level biomedical companies such as leading enterprise, growing company and start-ups to enable biomedical companies to saves costs and reduces risks, enjoys high-quality R&D conditions and quickly achieves R&D goals at all stages of product incubation.

SMG is a comprehensive medical and health group established by a European family and committed to investing in medical services, achievement transformation, medical education etc. It has invested in the Shanghai Artemed Hospital project in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone and the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University – Hospital Clinic de Barcelona “Heart Center” in Guangzhou Huangpu District and other international hospital projects. Another two international hospital projects are expected to land in succession during the year.

The two parties will form a strategic alliance to carry out cooperation in multiple cities in China. The cooperation between the two parties will focus on improving bio-industry level where the project is located, attracting high-end talents, introducing excellent medical high-tech companies, increasing the concentration of local biomedical companies and creating a biomedical industry chain for the project site. The two parties will endow the project with higher commercial value through the introduction of resources, and at the same time help the project obtain support from the government and conditions conducive to the development of the project so as to achieve a win-win result.
