Silver Mountain Group (“SMG”) and Shanghai Jiushi Real Estate Co., Ltd. (“Jiushi Real Estate”) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement on June 18, 2021. This collaboration aims to enable deep cooperation between both parties in modern service industries such as culture & art, medical care services and health management.
Founded in 1993 as the wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Jiushi Group Co., Ltd. (“Jiushi Group”), Jiushi Real Estate absorbed Shanghai Johnson & Johnson Group in 2013 and now owns 11 wholly-owned and holding companies. Among the four business sectors of Jiushi Group, Jiushi Real Estate engages in the real estate sector. It has formed a comprehensive real estate industry chain with the business domain covering land reservation, real estate development, rental and property management. Jiushi Real Estate is also entrusted with the operation and management of 16 cultural relics and protected buildings owned by Jiushi Group in the core area of the Bund.
Allocating resources on the basis of urban planning and functional zone division of the selected area (including, but not limited to, the Bund in Shanghai and subsidiary property management companies of Jiushi Real Estate), SMG and Jiushi Real Estate plan to enable Shanghai to build a top central active area and a model demonstration area with both innovation and lean management of mega-cities. The two parties are committed to promote new business forms for business innovation and to introduce industrial resource recognized by both parties such as culture & art, medical care service and health management to planned projects in order to enhance their commercial value and social influence, and at the same time to improve the industry level for the project site to attract high-end talents.
Through sincere cooperation, the two parties hope that the cooperative projects they planned can play an active role in promoting multilateral cooperation and exchanges in the backdrop of an increasingly complex international context.
